Communications: Any messages you send us via email, support tickets, or contact forms.
We also collect information automatically when you use the Service:
Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps.
Device Information: Hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers.

ApiOne processes this data solely to provide the requested API response. We do not use data submitted through API calls for any purpose other than fulfilling your request and improving model accuracy in an aggregated, anonymized manner.
API request data is retained for up to 30 days for debugging and support purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Service Providers: Third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including Paddle (payment processing), cloud infrastructure providers, analytics services, and email delivery services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
