Acceptable Use Policy

API ONE is built for B2B sales intelligence, CRM data enrichment, recruitment research, and market analysis. Our users enrich data about companies and professional contacts they already have a legitimate business interest in. Permitted use cases include: • Enriching company records already in your CRM or sales pipeline • Adding professional context to contacts you have an existing relationship with • Verifying the accuracy of email addresses in your existing contact database • Researching companies you are actively evaluating as partners, customers, or investments • Monitoring market signals and business activity for companies on your radar • Processing enrichment tasks in bulk for internal data hygiene and analytics purposes All use must comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM.

API ONE must not be used to facilitate unsolicited outbound marketing, generate cold contact lists from scratch, send bulk unsolicited emails, or violate any individual's privacy rights. Prohibited use cases include: • Building contact lists for unsolicited outreach to individuals you have no prior relationship with • Generating or augmenting spam lists or cold email databases • Sending or facilitating unsolicited commercial messages of any kind • Harvesting personal data without a lawful basis under applicable privacy law • Enriching data about individuals who have opted out of contact or requested erasure • Reselling enriched data to third parties without explicit consent from the data subjects • Using the API to circumvent privacy protections or data subject rights • Any automated scraping or data collection beyond the permitted API endpoints

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis for processing any personal data submitted to or returned by the API. Under GDPR and similar regulations, this typically means: • Legitimate interest — you have an existing business relationship or a clearly documented legitimate interest in the company or individual being enriched • Consent — the data subject has given explicit consent for their data to be processed in this manner • Contract — processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the data subject ApiOne does not provide legal advice. If you are uncertain whether your use case has a lawful basis, consult qualified legal counsel before using the Service.

Accounts found to be in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will be suspended without refund. ApiOne reserves the right to: • Suspend or terminate accounts immediately upon discovery of a violation • Report violations to relevant data protection authorities where required by law • Cooperate with law enforcement investigations related to misuse of the platform • Pursue civil remedies for damages caused by violations of this policy Repeated or egregious violations will be reported to relevant authorities. ApiOne takes the responsible use of data intelligence seriously and will not tolerate misuse of the platform.
